Service Scope Policy

Kishen Seeralan & Associates provides legal services strictly within the scope agreed upon with each client at the time of engagement.

Any services rendered, advice provided, or documents prepared are limited to the specific instructions received and do not extend beyond the agreed scope unless expressly agreed in writing. Matters not expressly included shall be deemed excluded.

Our services do not include court representation, litigation, or contentious proceedings unless separately agreed. We reserve the right to decline instructions that fall outside our expertise, regulatory obligations, or ethical standards.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We shall not be responsible for delays or deficiencies arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
