Intellectual Property & Usage Rights Policy

All intellectual property, including documents, templates, written materials, and content prepared by Kishen Seeralan & Associates, remains the property of the firm unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such materials solely for the purpose for which they were prepared. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

No ownership rights are transferred under this Policy. Kishen Seeralan & Associates retains all intellectual property rights not expressly granted.

This Policy survives the termination or completion of services.
